Why do I need a new account if I'm a returning customer?
For our new experience (this website), we had to upgrade some features. For your privacy, we aren't allowed to touch anything with your credentials — all we can do is click a button to reset a password. How does the FitFixNow process work?
With FitFixNow, all you have to do is create a profile, login, purchase your course and start taking it! Once you’re in the course platform, you simply watch each video and then take the course. Upon completion of the quiz with a score of 70 or better, you will instantly receive your certificate.
How does each course work?
Each course is broken down into segments. Simply watch the video from each segment, then click to the next one. Once the videos are complete, you will take a short quiz. Once you have passed the quiz with a 70 or better, you will be able to access your certificate immediately.
What is a passing score on the quiz and what if I fail it?
A passing score is a 70 or better and if you fail it, you can retake it up to five times.
Is the quiz timed?
No, you have as much time as you need to complete it.

Is there any sort of expiration date or "take by" date for your courses?
The only thing that matters for completion date is whatever date your Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor certification expires. So, for instance, if you buy a course today, but don’t expire for two years, you can take your purchased courses at your own leisure over the ensuing two years. Buy now and take later, whenever you wish!
How many CEUs do personal trainers need to recertify?
NASM: 2.0 CEUs every 2 years
ACE: 2.0 CECs every 2 years
AFAA: 15 CEUs every 2 years
