Learn the secrets to kettlebell mastery with the Super Seven Kettlebell movements as taught by Master Instructor Professor Phil Ross, M.S. You will learn the Kettlebell Swing, Clean, Squat, Press, Row, Snatch and the Turkish Get-up. The learners will be instructed in the movements and strategies of the Hardstyle, Russian Kettlebell methodology in addition to creation of strength through accessing the stabilizers and improving strength through the full range of motion. The 5 Components of Fitness are all addressed with special attention afforded Muscular Fitness: Strength, Explosive Power and Muscular Endurance.
