With arthritis being so prevalent, it can be very beneficial for fitness professionals to better understand how to train clients suffering from this disease.

We will go over the causes of arthritis, the various types of arthritis, how the disease is treated, and, finally, how all of this information should affect programming. Join Christine Conti for this inspiring session on how to properly train clients with arthritis.
