Course Description:
Fitness professionals are often viewed as motivators, leaders, caregivers, and energy-givers—but what happens when the person pouring into everyone else is running on empty? This powerful and relatable session explores burnout, compassion fatigue, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and the hidden mental load many fitness professionals carry while continuing to show up for others every day. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to protect their energy, set healthy boundaries, reconnect with purpose, and sustain a long-term career without sacrificing their own well-being.
Course Objectives:
● Identify common signs and symptoms of burnout and emotional exhaustion in fitness professionals.
● Recognize how chronic stress impacts physical health, mental health, leadership, and career longevity
● Discuss evidence-based recovery strategies that support resilience and nervous system regulation.
