In this course, you will join Elian Haan in learning about how a personal trainer can help clients who are dealing with chronic pain, after a doctor's approval.

Elian’s message is to seek out the root of pain and to strengthen the body to support itself and to compensate. She has worked as a fitness instructor for a major pain center and brings all of that experience with real-world clients to bear.
